Mark Seeley has over 20 years of experience as a strategic business executive and entrepreneur. Having founded and co-founded five companies across varying industries - including software, ecommerce, logistics, and real estate - Mr. Seeley's passion is helping companies succeed by maximizing the business value of IT. As president and senior partner of Intellinet, he is responsible for establishing the company's vision, strategy and objectives, as well as serving as an executive strategist for creating innovative client solutions. Since joining Intellinet in 1996, Mr. Seeley has served in a variety of strategic business development and leadership roles. Most recently, his responsibilities included developing Intellinet's go-to-market strategy and operational readiness plan, as well as direct management of strategic client accounts ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups. Prior to joining Intellinet, Mr. Seeley served as a senior management and process consultant at Andersen Consulting where he specialized in business process optimization and data integration solutions. Mr. Seeley earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Brian Benson, Intellinet's chief financial officer, has more than 17 years of experience in the Technology industry. As a member of the senior leadership team, Mr. Benson is responsible for the internal operations of the company including Finance, Human Resources, and Internal Technology. Mr. Benson joined Intellinet in 2006 as director of finance and initiated a series of accounting and financial management policies and practices, providing the vision and acumen to position the organization for growth. Prior to joining Intellinet, Mr. Benson served as director of finance for Manhattan Associates, Inc., a software company focused exclusively on helping businesses streamline their supply chains. During his 14-year tenure he assisted in the development of the organization from 10 people and $1 million in annual revenue to over 2,000 employees and $250 million without accruing debt. Originally from California, Mr. Benson earned an accounting degree from Loyola Marymount University. He currently resides in Sandy Springs with his wife and their two children. As vice president of consulting, Michael Lignos oversees the operations of Intellinet's full consulting practice. He is responsible for leading Intellinet's managing consultants, delivering service excellence, and ensuring alignment with the company vision. Mr. Lignos has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Intellinet, he served as IT Director for Network Communications Inc. There he was responsible for directing the work of the business analyst team as well as project planning to maintain a full pipeline within the IT department. Before that, he served in progressive leadership and consulting roles at Perform.com, Clarkston Potomac Consulting, and Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Mr. Lignos holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Millsaps College and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He is active in the community through Hands on Atlanta and serves as the Food Chairman for the Atlanta Cathedral Greek Festival. Chris Saltz, Intellinet's vice president of client solutions and alliances, has over 18 years of experience in management and executive leadership within the manufacturing, financial services, technology, and professional services sectors. Mr. Saltz is a member of Intellinet's senior leadership team and holds primary responsibility for leading the operations of Intellinet's sales team, strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Microsoft Consulting Services' Preferred Services Partner Program, and cultivating alliances with key LARs/VARs and delivery partners to enhance Intellinet's ability to completely serve the needs of our clients across the business/technology spectrum. Since joining the team in 2005, Mr. Saltz has served Intellinet clients with excellence through various consulting and executive leadership roles focused on IT strategy, software development, business intelligence and project/program management. Mr. Saltz was awarded Intellinet's Integrity and Wisdom awards in 2006 and 2007. Prior to joining Intellinet, Mr. Saltz served in several progressive IT management roles at Network Communications, Inc., with primarily responsibility for leading the Client Services team and successfully delivering multi-million dollar business solutions that enabled tremendous business growth. Originally from Hendersonville, North Carolina, Mr. Saltz attended King College, in Bristol, Tennessee; relocating to Atlanta to complete his degree in Visual Communications at the Art Institute of Atlanta. Outside of his professional interests, Mr. Saltz is a member of High Tech Ministries, enjoys coaching Little League baseball and is an avid runner. As Intellinet's director of marketing, Laura Albini is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy across a variety of initiatives. She is instrumental in growing Intellinet's online presence, lead development program and email marketing strategy. Additionally, Mrs. Albini serves as the marketing director of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association's (GCLA), a role essential to ensuring support of the Association's overall vision, purpose and objectives. Prior to joining Intellinet in 2005, Mrs. Albini was a member of the marketing team at Sidel, Inc., a world leader in food packaging and related equipment. She designed marketing materials and advertisements, supported sales proposal development, and partnered with Sidel's International Key Account Management (IKAM) team for clients such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Mrs. Albini earned both her BBA in Marketing and her MBA at the University of Georgia. As director of human resources, Erin Hicks is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies, and processes, as well as Intellinet's overall talent acquisition and retention strategy. Before joining Intellinet, Mrs. Hicks served as a resource development manager for Modis, a leading provider of information technology resource management services and solutions. Prior to joining Modis, she served in both a sales and recruiting capacity for Stride & Associates. Mrs. Hicks earned her Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southern University and is certified by SHRM in Essentials of HR Management. Mrs. Hicks actively participates in technology user groups and Women in Technology events. Bringing over 30 years of sales and IT experience to the Carolinas, Mr. Williams has worked closely with Microsoft in various sales and leadership roles. In 2012, Mr. Williams was recognized by Microsoft's as the Worldwide Sales Specialist Partner of the Year. The Worldwide Sales Specialist Award recognizes the individual sales professional who demonstrated exceptional Microsoft solution knowledge and sales expertise. Prior to joining Intellinet, Mr. Williams served as vice-president of sales and co-owner of Infovision, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in consulting services. During his tenure, Infovision was awarded numerous industry certifications and recognitions including; Charlotte's Business Ethics Award, Microsoft President's Club and Deloitte's Fastest Growing Companies in North Carolina for 7 years in a row, reaching as high as number 6. Mr. Williams earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and remains a devoted Hokies fan.
